At Clínica Veterinaria Dr. De La Cruz,
We Aim to Offer a quality Veterinary Medical service where pets like our Patients receive love, care, and good professional attention..
We recommend annual wellness exams for most pets. However, puppies, kittens, senior pets, or pets with chronic conditions may require more frequent visits. Regular check-ups help ensure your pet stays healthy and catches potential issues early.
The necessary vaccinations depend on your pet's species, age, lifestyle, and health. Common vaccines include rabies, distemper, and parvovirus for dogs and FVRCP and rabies for cats. During your visit, we’ll create a personalized vaccination schedule for your pet.
Dental cleanings prevent gum disease, tooth loss, and other health issues caused by bacteria in the mouth. Signs of dental problems include bad breath, drooling, or difficulty eating. We recommend annual dental check-ups for most pets.
First, consult us for a safe and effective flea and tick treatment. Preventative products, such as collars, topical treatments, or oral medications, are the best defense. It's also important to treat your home and yard to prevent re-infestation.
IPet insurance can help cover unexpected veterinary costs, such as emergencies or surgeries. We suggest researching plans to find one that fits your needs. It’s especially beneficial for young pets or breeds prone to specific health issues.
Common signs include changes in appetite, behavior, or energy levels, vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, limping, or unusual odors. If you notice anything unusual, call us for an evaluation. Early detection often leads to better outcomes.
